We offer training in the fundamentals of GRC production. We run regularly one day workshops at our dedicated training and research centre in Avonmouth, Bristol and we also offer on-site training at customers’ premises when requested.
Where customers need advanced training, we have a network of highly skilled individuals with whom we coordinate. The range covers design and engineering services, mould making in all types of materials to the manufacture of GRC products including the development of surface finishes such as texture, colour etc.

SPRAYING
For those wishing to find out more about Sprayed GRC, we run regular one-day demonstration workshops where customers have the opportunity to gain “hands-on” experience of GRC manufacture by the Hand Spray GRC process.
Normally, these workshops are held every two months our dedicated training and research centre in Avonmouth, Bristol. The one day workshop covers the basics of Hand Spray GRC, materials, mix designs, quality control and testing.
Training in advanced techniques is available upon request. Normally these require more than a day and are best provided at the customer’s premises where several people can attend.
ADVICE WITH MIX DESIGNS
Together with our worldwide network of partners, we offer a wide range of technical support services which cover product design and development, mix design optimisation, engineering, product testing, production systems, process automation, mould making, quality management systems (e.g. ISO9001:2015), trouble shooting etc.
